Refund policy

At Banner and Blade Miniatures, every order is individually assembled and hand-painted to your specifications. As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and made-to-order items are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
